LOW BONE MASS?

Are you a healthy woman, at least 5 years postmenopausal, living in the Brisbane region and interested in receiving a free 8-month supervised exercise and a free assessment of your bone, muscle and fat?

WHO?
Healthy post-menopausal women with low bone mass (we can test whether you have low bone mass).
 
WHAT?
You will be randomly assigned to one of two exercise programs for twice weekly free supervised training at The Bone Clinic (Coorparoo, Brisbane) for 8 months. 
EXERCISE
We will be examining a resistance training and a Pilates exercise program.
TESTING
Testing before and after the 8-month exercise program includes questionnaires related to your health, diet and physical activity levels, body composition and bone scans. All tests and scans are free, non-invasive and painless.
